Why are you returning RBTE 2017?
RBTE is the biggest UK-based retail event of the year for us and we have always received a phenomenal response from exhibiting here. It’s a fantastic event that provides us with a great opportunity to engage directly with a highly relevant audience that is interested in technology and wanting to find out how it can improve their business success.
How effective is RBTE compared to your other forms of marketing?
RBTE is certainly an important marketing channel for us and each year we have been able to generate lots of quality leads that generated real business. The event provides us with a great platform to have informative discussions with retailers about what keeps them awake at night, to offer advice and see how HSO and Microsoft Dynamics 365 can help them, as well as giving us ideas to support our roadmap development. And of course, the feedback is direct and immediate. In addition, RBTE also provides us with the opportunity to show new products, this year, for example, we will be showcasing the newly released Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as real-life examples of how retailers can harness the power of the cloud.
