Joules has appointed Lysa Hardy to the newly-created role of chief customer officer.
Hardy, who joins the retailer on 5 September 2016, will be responsible for Joules' eCommerce and marketing strategies. She will report directly to the Joules CEO, Colin Porter.
Hardy was previously chief operating officer at Holland & Barrett, responsible for eCommerce, marketing, CRM and PR. She has also held senior roles at Orange, T-Mobile and RAC.
"We’re delighted to welcome Lysa to Joules," said CEO, Porter. "As a brand, we have a fantastic relationship with our customers and Lysa’s expertise and experience will help us to further develop our thinking on increasing customer value across all channels."
Joules has made a number of changes to the structure of its marketing and eCommerce teams to support its future growth. eCommerce director, Ralph Percival, will take on additional responsibilities of eCommerce operations, as marketing director, Ronny Helvey, scales back his role after seven years, to become director of creative services managing internal design.
Last year, Joules appointed Kellie Hubbard to the newly created role of multichannel head of commercial operations, where she looks after the retailer's use of systems and processes internally.
